1. アプリについて・取得する情報
栖声はオフラインの自然音プレイヤーです。アカウント登録は不要です。気分の選択、再生履歴、お気に入り、ミックス、言語、サウンド設定を、アプリから開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。広告、行動分析、アプリを横断するトラッキング用SDKは使用せず、マイク、位置情報、連絡先、健康データにアクセスしません。
2. 端末内の保存とバックアップ
お気に入り、名前をつけたミックス、音量、言語、おすすめを減らす設定、および一部の前回の再生設定は、次回利用のために端末のアプリ領域へ保存されます。気分に応じた提案は端末内のルールで行います。現在の気分は起動中の提案にのみ使用し、気分の履歴として保存しません。独自のクラウド同期機能はありません。OSのバックアップには端末の設定に応じてアプリのデータが含まれる場合がありますが、開発者がアプリを通じてそのバックアップにアクセスすることはありません。
3. データの削除
保存したミックスの削除、お気に入りの解除、設定変更はアプリ内で行えます。データを残す「Appを取り除く」ではなくアプリ自体を削除すると、その端末のアプリデータが削除されます。システムのバックアップはAppleの設定から管理してください。
4. 外部リンク
音源やライセンスのリンクを自分で開くと、外部サイトに移動します。外部サイトは独自のポリシーに基づいて通信情報を扱う場合があります。音の再生にこれらのサイトへのアクセスは不要です。
5. お問い合わせ
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールサービスがアドレス、本文、任意の添付ファイルを処理します。開発者はお問い合わせへの回答と対応のためにのみ利用し、広告には使用しません。不要な機微情報は送信しないでください。対応記録の削除を希望する場合は上記へご連絡ください。法令に基づき保存が必要な記録は除きます。
6. Appleのサービスと改定
App Store、システムバックアップ、利用者が共有を選択したシステム診断情報にはApple独自のルールが適用されます。本ポリシーは栖声アプリの動作を説明します。データの取り扱いを変更する場合は、本ポリシーとストアのプライバシー情報を更新します。

1. App 与信息收集
栖声是一款离线自然声音播放器。App 不要求注册账户，也不向开发者的服务器发送你的心情选择、聆听记录、收藏、混音、语言或声音偏好。App 不集成广告、行为分析或跨 App 追踪 SDK，不访问麦克风、定位、通讯录或健康数据。
2. 本地存储与系统备份
收藏的声景、命名的混音、音量、语言、减少推荐偏好及部分上次聆听设置会保存在设备的 App 容器中，以便下次使用。心情推荐在本机通过规则完成；当前心情选择仅用于本次运行，不保存为心情历史。App 不提供自己的云同步服务。操作系统备份可能包含 App 本地数据，其范围由设备与备份设置决定，开发者无法通过 App 访问这些备份。
3. 数据删除
你可以在 App 内删除保存的混音、取消收藏或调整偏好。删除 App（而非仅卸载保留数据）会删除当前设备中的 App 本地数据；系统备份需通过 Apple 的相关设置管理。
4. 外部链接
设置中的原始录音与许可链接会打开第三方网站。只有主动打开链接时才访问这些网站，网站可能按照自己的隐私政策处理网络信息。声音播放不需要访问这些网站。
5. 联系与支持
如果你主动通过邮箱联系我们，邮件服务会处理你的邮件地址、邮件内容以及主动提供的附件；我们仅将这些信息用于回复和处理你的请求，不用于广告。请不要发送不必要的敏感信息；如需删除支持通信，可通过上述邮箱提出请求，依法必须保留的记录除外。
6. Apple 服务与政策更新
Apple 对 App Store、系统备份和用户主动共享的系统诊断信息有独立的处理规则。本政策描述的是栖声 App 的行为。若未来数据处理发生变化，我们会更新本政策及相应的商店隐私说明。

1. The app and data collection
Rain is an offline nature-sound player. No account is required. The app does not send mood selections, listening history, favorites, mixes, language or sound preferences to developer-operated servers. It includes no advertising, behavioral analytics or cross-app tracking SDKs. It does not access your microphone, location, contacts or health data.
2. Local storage and backups
Favorite soundscapes, named mixes, volume levels, language, recommendation preferences and some last-listening settings are stored in the app's local container for future use. Mood suggestions use on-device rules. Your current mood selection is used during the current app session and is not saved as a mood history. Rain offers no developer-operated cloud sync. Operating-system backups may include local app data depending on your device and backup settings; the developer cannot access these backups through the app.
3. Deleting your data
You can delete saved mixes, remove favorites or change preferences in the app. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it while retaining data, removes its local data from that device. Manage system backups through the relevant Apple settings.
4. External links
Original recording and license links open third-party websites only when you choose to open them. Those websites may process network information under their own policies. Playback does not require visiting those websites.
5. Contact and support
If you voluntarily email us, the email service processes your address, message and any attachments you provide. We use these only to respond to and handle your request, not for advertising. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. You may request deletion of support correspondence at the address above, except for records we are legally required to retain.
6. Apple services and policy updates
Apple has separate practices for the App Store, system backups and system diagnostics you choose to share. This policy describes the Rain app's behavior. If our data practices change, we will update this policy and the relevant store privacy information.
