1. 怎样和它玩？
进入任意小池，轻点、抚摸或拖动角色，双指可拉伸、捏合或扭转。右下角手掌按钮可展开玩法，再打开“十种动作”。选择动作后按钮会显示对应图标和小图钉，表示固定玩法；想自由互动，请在动作菜单选择“自由玩耍”。松手后它会慢慢恢复。
2. 小舞台怎样使用？
进入小舞台就会自动跳舞，换首音乐即可继续欣赏。音乐保持原速，节奏不明确或变化较大时会轻轻摇摆。右上角可预览六支舞，平时不需要选择。闲置五秒后选曲栏收成右下角的音乐与暂停按钮；轻触场景可展开，换曲后会再次收起。
3. 为什么没有声音？
请检查设备的静音模式、系统音量和 App 音量。设置里可分别控制自然声、背景音乐、互动音效和角色语音；小舞台通过舞台上的暂停按钮控制。中日英语音跟随所选语言。
4. 想要更安静的画面？
在设置里开启“减少动态效果”，或使用系统的“减弱动态效果”。角色舞步会变轻，环境粒子减少；触感反馈也可以单独关闭。
5. 留一点时间给自己
这里没有分数、任务或连续签到。随时来，随时离开。这是一款休闲陪伴应用，不提供医疗诊断或治疗。

1. どうやって遊ぶの？
好きな池でタップ、なでる、引っぱる動きを楽しめます。2本指で伸ばす・つまむ・ひねることもできます。右下の手のボタンからアクション一覧を開けます。動きを選ぶとボタンがそのアイコンと小さなピンに変わります。自由な操作に戻すには一覧のフリーモードを選んでください。手を離すと元に戻ります。
2. ステージの楽しみ方
ステージに入ると自動で踊り始めます。曲を変えるだけで楽しめ、再生速度は変わりません。拍が不明瞭な曲やテンポが大きく変わる曲では穏やかに揺れます。右上から6種類のダンスを試せます。5秒ほど操作しないと右下の選曲・一時停止ボタンに小さくまとまります。画面に触れると広がり、曲を変えるとまた小さくなります。
3. 音が聞こえないとき
端末の消音モード、本体音量、アプリの音量を確認してください。自然音・背景音楽・効果音・キャラクターの声は設定で個別に切り替えられます。ステージの曲はステージ上で一時停止できます。声は選んだ言語に合わせて変わります。
4. 動きを控えめにしたいとき
設定または端末の「視差効果を減らす」を有効にすると、ダンスや背景の動きが控えめになります。触覚フィードバックも個別にオフにできます。
5. 自分のためのひと休み
スコアやノルマ、連続ログインはありません。好きなときに来て、好きなときにおしまい。このアプリは気軽な休息のためのもので、医療上の診断や治療は行いません。

1. How do I play?
Tap, stroke or drag your friend in any pond. Use two fingers to stretch, pinch or twist. Tap the hand at the bottom right to open the play controls and action menu. A chosen action replaces the hand icon and adds a small pin; choose free play in the menu to return to automatic gestures. Let go to bounce back.
2. How does the stage work?
Your friend starts dancing automatically. Change the music and enjoy at its original speed. Unclear or changing rhythms use gentle swaying. Preview six dances from the top-right menu. After five quiet seconds, the music bar folds into small music and pause buttons at the bottom right. Touch the scene to expand it; changing a track folds it away again.
3. Why is there no sound?
Check Silent Mode, your device volume and the app volume. Settings control nature sounds, background music, effects and character voices separately. Stage music has its own pause button. Voices follow the selected language.
4. Prefer less movement?
Enable reduced motion in the app or your device accessibility settings for gentler movement and fewer ambient effects. Haptics can also be turned off separately.
5. A moment for yourself
There are no scores, tasks or daily streaks. Stay as long as you like. This is a leisure app for taking a break; it does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
